"Good location near Shinjuku station and metropolitan government building but far enough away that the area is peaceful and quiet. Fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, microwave and hob. Spacious with plenty of storage. Towels and trash taken everyday with a full clean every 3 days however if you do not vacate the room by 12.30 the towels and trash don’t get taken and the cleaner won’t come in at all. "Very quiet and comfortable accommodation. Just 3 rooms per floor so didn’t hear any noise whatsoever during our stay. Hotel staff helpful, though with limited English. They have a translator machine on hand so communication is possible. Recommend you hand Google Lens or something similar as the washing machine/dryer, air con and tv don’t have English instructions.
