Really enjoyed staying at Oakwood with our baby. It is a very family-friendly hotel. Our room was clean and well-equipped. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Also, centrally located.

Only there 1 night. Nice property. Convenient location to train station, shopping, restaurants and bus to Narita. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was pricey compared to other hotels but it was a full suite with in suite kitchen and laundry not just a hotel room.

Home away from home. I have been staying at this hotel ever since opening. I love this convenient and quiet location.very close to Tokyo Station and Daimaru Department Store. Walking distance to Nihonbashi as well.a very friendly and helpful staff. Love having your own kitchen for longer stay.
