"The hotel is professional. Check in and out was easy and fast. The room is clean and tidy. But i didnt get the king or queen bed, so the sleep wasnt comfortable because we had to move 2 beds close. "The room was pretty big, we were able to open the luggage easily. Not too many options for western style breakfast. Towels are changed daily, sheets after the 3rd night. Microwave and dispenser machines only available in the B1 and 1F. Nowadays the hotel is working on a new elevator, so until august you will see a lot of workers in the area. Location very convenient, near Dotombori and Namba Station"

"The property is really clean, nice and well kept. Staff are nice but need to learn more English to accommodate tourists. I’m glad I purchased the dinner and breakfast with my booking accommodations as there are no restaurants close by. We enjoyed our experience with Japanese traditional dinner and breakfast. Definitely a bit further away from Dotombori and all of the other Osaka attractions but we wanted to stay a bit further out from the touristy area.
