The hotel was located near train station easy commute to Expo/ universal and bullet train. Only negative- the bar closed early and we were unable to enjoy a drink, the views and water feature after returning for the day

Location of the hotel is the best as it is very close to the metro station. safe and walking friendly. Staff is great. the only problem and is the most serious problem is the internet connection. very poor no matter what time !

Very nice hotel, with excellent facilities. The room was very large with plenty of floor space, and a much bigger bed than I expected. The shower/wet room is also fantastic. Excellent location, in a quiet area that is only a very short walk in to Dotenbori. It’s also very close to the Metro Station for easy travel. I had a fantastic two-week stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located in a posh and clean neighborhood. 5 min walk to subway station. Access to expo site , trendy shopping 2 stops away in Umeda . 15 mins walk to Shinsaibashi! Breakfast has good selection western and Japanese . Fresh and delicious. Lovely stay . Will return and recommend

It is a great hotel with easy transportation to Namba, etc. It sits in warm and peaceful neighborhoods and also has incredible dining options. The staff are excellent and very professional for non Japanese speakers. The hotel includes a tasty breakfast buffet and would recommend trying the French toast. It is very accessible to tourists and has very clean rooms. The room is very spacious compared to other Japanese hotels at the same level. Highly recommend this hotel.
