Beautiful hotel with all the amenities and more. Loved the shuttle bus service to and from the Osaka station. Room was quite spacious but you get what you pay for. Loved our stay here. Friendly staff.

I would stay here again. Room was in an excellent condition, had everything we needed. Must have gone through some renovation. Dining options were fantastic, loved their breakfast option. Hotel gym was very nice, new and clean.

Beautiful hotel with a resort feel. Not close to train stations, but there is a shuttle provided to take you to Osaka station. I only took it once, but it appears to get packed from either end of the trip. The walk to/ from close stations is about 15-20 minutes. Grocery store Life is nearby as well as a Family Mart. There is a 7 11 in the hotel.

This hotel is close to covention center and very convenient to atten meeting. I wanted to try Japanese style breakfast in a Japanese restaurant.

Excellent hotel

Great hotel. Really clean. Huge lobby. Elevators work really fast and always available. Close to a train station. Room was nice. Room amenities were very good. There is a hair dryer, iron, shower caps, tooth brushes, facial creams, etc. highly recommend

Amazing Stay!

Amazing stay! Staff were super nice and even asked if we needed any recommendation. Room that we stayed at was very spacious. It is a little far from subway station but worth it since its quite at night. They also offer a shuttle every 15 minutes to Osaka station.

The staff at the swimming pool was very rude. Also the swimming pool needs major repairs there was a lot of algae and I ended up getting algae fungus in my fingers nails.

The hotel is in the business convention district. Amenities and interior are too notch. Very close to typical local Osaka restaurants. There is also a very convenient shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station. Wish I knew this instead of taking a taxi to the hotel. The shuttle comes every 15 minutes.

Lovely hotel

This is a beautiful high-end convention hotel in a quiet area. The location is not convenient for tourists; however, taxis are always available. Down bedding is comfortable, unless there are allergies to down lol. Step-in tub does not have convenient safety handle for balance while stepping into shower. Hotel does not have public bath. The lobby and landscaping are gorgeous.

We were charged extra in expedia for breakfast included, but the hotel only included breakfast for half the nights. I contacted the hotel and they did not even answer. The room was clean, and the hotel very elegant and spacious.
