The receptionist is hostile towards tourist and snarky. Hotel room was decent with great amenities but the areas is remote and far from the station.

The hotel has all the amenities, very modern, is situated about .5 mile from the station Umeda Station. It was a pleasant stay, the rooms have an iron. The hotel is quiet. It is about 1 mile from major shopping mall. Osaka is huge, so one mile is close for walking.

The hotel is in a quiet area, about 7 minutes walking from Osaka Station. There is not a lot else around besides the station, but it met our needs. The room was a nice size, which is always a plus in Japan. We paid for the breakfast and found it to be a good value. If you prefer to be closer to trains instead of the centre of town, this is a good value.

設備が新しくきれいで、シャワーの水圧も問題なく快適に宿泊できました。朝食はパンやおにぎりのみの軽食でしたが、価格を考えれば十分です。ただ一つ、フロントの対応が事務的すぎるかなとは思いました。

とても綺麗で、快適でした。 翌日も着る予定の服に食事の匂い移りがありましたが、空気清浄機も、備え付けられており、だいぶ取れ、助かりました。 また、別館とのことで、安全面で少し不安でしたが、夜間も警備員さんが見守りしてくれており、外出から戻った際も安心できました。 おせわになりました
