Great accommodation for USJ and easy access back to Osaka City via train. Staff were excellent and excellent communication. Breakfast were great with western and japanese options. Even kids love breakie with fries available in the morning. Highly recommended.

Amazing location. Literally a few steps into the station and a few more to universal. Like 10 seconds from the station and 3-5 minutes to the check in at Universal.

Such an amazing hotel! The breakfast was amazing, the amenities, and we even had our own private outdoor tub area, which was so great after a long day out! So convenient and close to the station and park. Lots of dinner options right on city walk to USJ. Staff were helpful and very professional. Thank you for a great stay!

The room we were initially given had a strong, musty smell, which was quite disappointing. After requesting a room change twice, we were finally moved to one that was more acceptable, though still not as fresh as expected. For a place with a 4-star rating, we would have expected a clean and fresh-smelling room upon arrival as a basic standard. That said, the Sky Spa was a highlight of our stay — a unique and enjoyable experience that helped make up for the initial disappointment.

Confusion

It’s good experience to say in here, but just had confusion on child’s stay policy. Need to pay additional one more room for age 8/9 kids. This is the only bad experience on this. Except that, overall is good.
