"It's a homestay. Spacious and good for a big family of 5 or 6. When we reached there, owner was not there. After few frantic calls, owner told to get ourselves a key to the unit. Parking compound was big...BUT, by evening, the whole space was occupied by MILO vehicles and trucks. Apparently, they prepared the favourite drink there at the parking compound. "Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"I stayed for 6 nights at Park Royal, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and in a very good location for anyone wanting to stay in the Bukit Bintang area. It was also quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and professional, I would definitely stay again if I ever get another chance to travel to KL. "

"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend. "
