"Very beautiful lobby, feel so relaxed upon entering. Lovely courtyard too. Service is good and staff are very accommodating towards requests. Value for money. Rooms are rather dated, not the cleanest but ok acceptable. Basic amenities provided. Buffet breakfast is very basic but sufficient and menu of hot items changed on the 2 nights we stayed. Very convenient location - near to good dining options and Jonker Street. Walkable to St Paul Hill and A Famosa."

"This hotel is quite old and maintenance is needed such as lift, amenities holder at the shower area. However, the room cleanliness was good. Air con was strong and cooling. "

"Everything you’d expect expect from a 4 star hotel! Only thing is the sauna & gym were shared by Swiss garden residences so on weekends it can get quite busy. Some of the equipment in the gym could be better but then again you don’t melaka to spend time in the gym 😂"

The staff , from porters to management were helpful friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was spacious and well kept.
