There is no air conditioning. The food at the restaurant is very good. You can catch a bus right by the hotel to go downtown, and the Oxford Tube as well. This hotel is good value for the money.

The rooms were a little tired and the bed was super lumpy but overall it was a reasonably priced hotel right next to Westfield in Shepherd’s Bush. We had a room at the back so it was nice and quiet. Can’t really complain. The chap at the check in desk was super friendly as well.

We had to have a amount of money taken off my card while staying and now 7 hrs later this hotel still hold onto my money it’s a disgrace il think twice about ever staying at Hilton Kensington again

The hotel was ideal for accessing the underground in a short walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom. Very small and the showers water pressure was lacking and the shower head and hose suffered from leaking water.

Hotel room was tired in need of renovation we stayed in room 1110. There was no shower gel but instead we had two shampoos and an empty bottle of conditioner in the shower. The water was running all night in the toilet which meant we were kept awake all night and the lid of the cistern had a big crack in it. Next to the fire detector the was a panel of wires with no cover which is dangerous we reported it and spoke to the duty manager and the maintenance team came and added a cover but surely this should have been noticed before any one stayed in the room. There desk chair also in the room has seen better days and needs replacing. Happy to share the photos and videos that we have. The stay easy value for money due to the room

We will never go to this hotel again
The lady at the front dest at night was bad without any passion about her job. However, the service at the day shift was alright. In terms of the quality of the room, it is old. The cleanliness was bad. They didn't take out the trash in the bin in the toilet. When we asked the staff the do it we found out there was no housekeeping at night. The eco-friendliness was excellent as they didn't refill the facial tissues even there is two of them left. Also, they didn't change the toilet roll after being used by the last person.

Bar charge for getting your own drinks ?
Front of hotel can be noisy from the road. Not surev why a service chargs is applied at the bar, when buying the drinks from the bar yourself ? Room otherwise very comfortable. Breakfast amazing.

This was my second stay with Hilton Kensington and it was just as lovely this time. The staff really goes above and beyond for the guest. Kudos to them. The location is within easy walking distance for shopping and restaurants. On the flip side, the hotel could use a makeover.

Booked 2 nights for me and my friend to stay at to attend a concert nearby. The twin room was very spacious and modern for quite a low price than expected (compared to other hotels) and overall we had a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and offered 2 complimentary drinks at the bar. Luckily the concert venue was a 10 minute walk away, and the underground station 5 minutes so we could easily catch the tube to travel around London. The best part? Finding out we were staying on the same floor as our favourite idols whose concert we were attending!!! Definitely would book again next time.

Was incredibly shocked when I checked in and entered the room. Small and dingy! Very dated and old room - not what I was expecting at Hilton in Kensington. Probably the worst room I’ve stayed in and would rate premier inn rooms luxury in contrast. Found it so appalling that checked out after an Hour and went to a different hotel.
