Our room was way smaller than what was advertised online. The person on reception wasn't helpful

Awful place to stay, wouldn’t even was to rate it a 1. Once give the key me and my partner entered the room which was not suitable for a customer to enter there was mould and damp all down the wall. We went to the desk to complain as I have health conditions and found staying in a mouldy room would increase these. The man at the desk phoned his manager who stayed that in order to move room they expected me to pay extra which I refused at this room is unacceptable to be on sale. Once moved into a new room, there was still damp and mould on the walls in the room. This is unacceptable to be selling to customers. This has increased my health conditions and I’m not happy that I have paid £76 and speaking with someone that believes it’s acceptable to stay in a room like this, I am very disappointed with my stay

Simple and great! If you need a clean bed and a nice shower for a reasonable price, this is a wonderful place to get it at.

The premises is clean and cosy. But the window in the room is broken and as it was raining, the discomfort was essential in terms of noise and temperature. It was pretty cold. Apart from that, perfect place to stay. Very polite and friendly staff, definitely worth its cost.

No elevator no microwave and refrigerator
There is no lift, we had 5 luggages and we travelled from Overseas and had to carry the luggages to 3rd floor. We have an elderly with us (80yr old). There is no microwave and refrigerator. If its indicates no lift elevator, No microwave and refrigerator then i will 100% will not book
