“Feedback”
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and we were particularly impressed that we could leave our luggage with the concierge after checkout and pick it up later in the day. This allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time exploring the sights without having to carry our bags around.

Terrific location and a great building. Amenities (fitness room, bar, room service) to suit a business traveler, but in a boutique hotel. Very impressive lobby with scented candles throughout. Superior, responsive service. Close to British Museum and Tottenham Court Road tube stop, so everything is in walking distance. Expedia VIP hotel, so rates tend to be better on this site.
“Refreshing experience”
The concierge was fabulous with getting me directions to bus routes and calling taxis to my various London destinations. The lemonade and ice tea in the lobby while waiting for transportation was a nice touch. Arrived late on Friday after a long work week to a room that was quiet and very clean. Woke up rested.
“Lovely hotel + Great Location!!!”
This is a very pretty medium-sized hotel in a fabulous location. Doors down from the British Museum, next to Oxford Street Shopping, easy walking distance to the West End and Covent Garden, 1 minute from Tube (Tottenham Court Road, Central and Northern Lines). Even though it's next to the bustle of a busy road, it's like a little oasis of calm and quiet. I highly recommend it!
“Great Hotel, in great location”
Staff at reception were very nice helpful and the public spaces were very stylish. The room was large, quiet and very comfortable. Bloomsbury is an excellent location to access all of the West End. I would definitely stay there again

Great hotel within walking distance of Covent Garden and The British Museum. All the employees were extremely kind and helpful. Next time I travel to London I will definitely stay there again!

Very Chic, comfortable Hotel. Staff all very helpful. Rooms appear to have been recently refurbishad and are excellant. Would recommend to anyone if you have the cash!
“Central London Oasis”
I loved this hotel. All the staff were very attentive. The food was very classy and the ambience was cozy. It was also centrally located so I could walk to the places I wanted to visit or take a short ride on the underground.
