Exceptional Stay with Impeccable Service!
Outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and offered a stunning view of the city.
There is nowhere like the Shangri-La at The Shard. Every time we stay there we enjoy the fantastic hotel and the unequalled views over London from the hotel floors.
Everything was simply amazing. The room is clean, modern, and comfortable. Especially the view from the room was spectacular. However, the best thing was the staff. They were very accommodating, friendly, and gave the best service. Stayed here twice in one week because of the experience I had.
