"Location very near to exit 4 of hisaodori central park station on the Sakuraodori sybway line. No escalator, so lugging luggage up stairs not advisible. Hotel is new, staff efficient and polite. Onsen and breadfast is satisfactory. Lots of eateries in central park, 5 mins walk away. Also Don Don Q nearby. Airport bus to Chubu airport less then 10 mins walk. Overall very good stay"

They have a lot of small bathroom amenities free to take downstairs even face wash, which is rare at most hotels. There's men and women's onsen on first floor. "A very chic hotel with a well thought out design for the rooms at very reasonable prices. Everything was super clean, liked all the extras of toiletries by the front desk. Did find it a bit disappointing that one had to sign up to a website to get the "free beverage". Signing up was not easy, so I did not follow through. When inquiring about breakfast, we were told a big group staying and we were sort of discouraged by the front desk from having breakfast at the hotel restaurant the next day....

"We stayed 3 nights in hotel and breakfast were a bit different every day. It’s clean and our room is reasonably sized with queen bed which is very comfortable and affordable. Family Mart is across the road and parking is easily found. Staff is nice but the coffee machine is always not working. Our kettle is not working too. Overall we are satisfied with the price paid."
