We had a great stay here. Our son forgot his favorite stuffed animal in the room when we checked-out, so we emailed the staff after returning home to Osaka. The housekeeping staff was able to find it, and had it sent back to us right away. We are so thankful for their prompt service, going above and beyond to reunite our child with his beloved stuffy.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton Nagoya. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and just made my stay incredibly pleasant. We stayed as a family of three at the Hilton Nagoya and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both Western and Japanese options. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly stay—would definitely return!

Comfortable stay with great staff and location

The hotel is located within walking distance (15-20min) to the central train station and downtown areas. The area around the hotel is quite nice with several dining options and convenience stores nearby. The room was large (for Japan) and the beds were very comfortable. I asked for a room on a high floor and was situated on the 14th floor (or above) which gave us a nice view of the surrounding area. The hotel has a very nice gym with all one needs for a good strength and/or cardio work out. There is also a pool, but for us the win was the sento with a fantastic hot and cold pool alongside a sauna. I would definitely recommend staying here for both comfort and convenience.
