"Terrible place to stay at! Can’t even add a person to the hotel and the front desk doesn’t know how much it would cost to add a person. Customer service are only available till 9pm and front desk is really rude! They won’t let visitors inside the hotel."

"So, this is well kept unit. If there were any areas for improvement, would be AC unit a bit loud, but works perfectly!! And house keeping a bit slow with remove gabage, and we couldn’t get the television to work. "

"J7 plaza hotel was amazingly nice. We enjoyed everything it offered, from courteous staff willing to help, the beautiful infinity pool on top with city view, and the free breakfast was superb. The restaurant servers were very polite and helpful. The front desk reps were very accommodating, and a beautiful artistic lobby was neat. The hotel was close to shopping places, like the Mega Mall, restaurants & walking distance to FUNDADOR museum was a plus. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone."
