"Nicely design hotel in the park environment, Close to the Catania airport. Lunch was excellent, however grilled octopus for dinner was burned and not edible. When I complained to the restaurant manager I was told that this is a matter of opinion and I was charged for this non edible meal. My bill indicated free desert which not served. Restaurant manager ruined our good impression about this hotel."

"We loved everything about this property, especially the staff who on more than one occasion went out of their way for us. The property is beautiful as there is a large courtyard with a pool. Our room was very very nice and faced the pool. Free breakfast is outstanding! Book it, you won't regret. Need a driver? "This hotel is outdated and overpriced without providing the basic amenities. We checked in around 8pm to a junior suit for 4 people. Once checked in realized, they have no tea and coffee facilities in room nor a iron. The hotel staff confirmed the basics are not included in the expensive apartment. I was shocked that they do not even provide glasses for drinks unless you request from the bar. If you need clothes ironed, you need to drag your clothes to reception and wait 30mins until they set...
