"I stayed there for 3 nights and the stuffs are lovely and dedicated to their guests, first room I stayed had a little food crumbles probably from previous guest as I knew the receptionist explained to me that cleaning was delayed due to previous guest they needed to rush to clean the room for me and it wasn’t many so it didn’t bother me. Thank you for warm welcoming and looking after me while I was there:) Will definitely recommend to my friends and families if they visit Da Nang."

"The property is beautiful, especially the pool areas. Good room service food options and lots of bars. The gym is okay but could use some more free weights. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The rooms aren’t exactly soundproof so if you’re a light sleeper it can be a little noisy. "Can’t fault the property. For a hotel nearly 1 year old it has it all. The room was perfect for me as I’m a solo traveller, queen bed, work station desk in my room and modern bathroom facilities. Check in was a breeze and with a roof top bar and pool with amazing views. Met the general manager who is also from Australia and you can definitely tell he cares for his staff as they care for their guest. Would stay here again"

"Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!"
