The hotel is very beautiful and the place itself is lovely. Unfortunately, my experience was affected by the rainy and stormy weather, so I couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool. However, the hotel itself is very nice, the breakfast is amazing, and everything is clean and well maintained.

Great resort

Nice place to stay at. The ground is beautiful, near the river and I right across from a beach. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are excellent with a large selection including Pho 😀. I like Hoi A with friendly local people. I will definitely come back to this resort and town in the future if given an opportunity.

Great value for money in a great location.

Loved the hotel. Stayed in a bungalow with a lagoon view for several nights and it was comfortable and spacious. Lots of amenities on site too. Staff were great. Location was great. Lots of good options for breakfast. Hotel has a shuttle bus into the town centre that runs multiple times a day. Also has private beach access.

The Koi is lovely! The resort is stunning. It’s away from town, but close enough. They have a shuttle service to and from town and a taxi is an easy drive away. The pool is devine and the beach is lovely

Excellent hotel with really attentive friendly staff. In a quiet location not too far from Hoi An old town. Hotel had shuttle bus into town. Taxi costs roughly £3 one way. Great place to relax if you so wish. Would stay again if in the area.

The property was across the road from the beach which was also great to swim in. We loved the buffet breakfast as there was a wide range to choose from. The staff were very friendly and informative about where to have dinner in the evening or where to go site seeing. We loved the resort also because it was quiet at night and away from old town Hoi An but loved that they provided a shuttle service drop off and pick up 4 times a day to and from old town. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Beautiful property. The staff is wonderful, polite and very accommodating. they offer free bicycles to get around the city and also offer free drops and pickups to the ancient town. Kayaking in the lagoon was fun. Would have loved to kayak in the river instead of just the lagoon.

Beautiful property! Close to the beach! Friendly staff. Breakfast was great with many options. Pools were nice. Rooms very nice but only have bathtubs with shower wands. It was fine. Only problem was set up a pick up service from the airport to the hotel, we were never picked up.

Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!
