We absolutely loved our stay at Sanouva Hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with extra-large rooms and spacious bathrooms that made it feel both comfortable and luxurious. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool—it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. A highlight of our stay was the elegant afternoon high tea, which added such a lovely touch. The restaurant food was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful with a great variety of options. Overall, they truly couldn’t do enough for us. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang!

This was an excellent play to stay! The staff were awesome and were quick to help bring bags in and out for you without hesitation. The reception staff were so helpful and were ready to give suggestions on things to check out in the area and help get transportation for you. The pool was excellent and very well kept. And the breakfast and tea time were amazing!! I would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area

House keeping cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels. The morning checked out, whilst waiting for Grab, i accidentally left my tablet in the safe. It was extremely nice of the cleaner brought it down for me. Truly appreciate it. Variety of choices for breakfast.staff are always courteous and helpful. Air conditioning was working well. The downside is the whole street in front of he hotel is currently under repair. It can be quiet challenging to walk around. 1 bonus hotel does provide free afternoon tea with some light refreshments.

We stayed at Sanouva for two weeks and really enjoyed our time there. It is located in the central part of the city within close proximity to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and the quayside — perfect for an evening walk. Even though built a few years back, the hotel room, amenities and public spaces are clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated - together it added to a pleasant vibe. Breakfast buffet offered a diversity of options - might not be the as wide of selection compared to bigger hotels, but it was enough for me to enjoy and not get bored during my two week stay. The only thing I need to comment on is that the wifi connection was lagging in my room, so if you need to work, this is smth you’ll need to double check or have a backup plan for. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Sanouva. We wanted to thank Sanouva staff for always being so helpful and friendly - definitely one of the memorable moments about this hotel for us!
