"Staff go out of their way to please the guests. The location of the property has less food options nearby compared to 1km to 2km further south, so would need to catch Grab for quick trip down south for more food options. The downside to this hotel was the strong foul smell in the lobby for the six days we stayed there. It had gotten worse as the longer we stayed."

"Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!"
