"Communication with Alina before arrival was excellent and she was there to greet us with a big smile at the appointed time. Ensure you arrive at 260 and not 290 Etnea Suite Rooms. Entrance is next to a restaurant. There is a small lift. Check in was smooth and within minutes we were in our room No 7. It was huge and incredible value for money. It was spotlessly clean. We had a bit of an issue with noisy plumbing from the sink but it didn’t spoil our stay. Rooms could do with having a box...

"The property was quite hard to find and in a quiet dark street which as a solo female traveller, felt a little uncomfortable. Once inside though, the room was fine for my needs if a little basic and the lady at breakfast was lovely "

Location is 20 min walk to most places we wanted to see. Quiet area on the edge of town, the jumpy tourist in me would be hesitant to walk alone at night but no one ever bothered us. Room was completely quiet, AC was very welcome. Breakfast offerings were basic but provided excellent fresh coffee to order, fresh...

"Casa D’aria is a quaint and lovely place for a vacation set in an ideal location in Catania. The eclectic style of the entire building is so interesting and homey. We had excellent communication with the owners leading up to our check in. The room was massive! With the comfiest bed tucked up on a loft. We made use of the full kitchenette and our room even had a washer to do our laundry. The rooftop communal terrace was a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and listen to the sounds of Catania....
