"The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves. "

"Was a decent hotel with some issues. We checked in on a Saturday, third floor room and the elevator was out of service. Was told it was fixed only for us to then get stuck in the elevator. We checked out Monday and the elevator was still out of order. Not fun lugging your luggage up and down 3 floors. The rooftop pool looked like it had not been cleaned recently. Oily haze and hair floating around made it unappealing. Went only once as it was not great. "

"The servers/ beach workers were absolutely amazing so attentive and the food was absolutely wonderful not a single complaint . I loved how safe we felt and how calm it was. This resort was not a big party place which is exactly want we wanted. Just a very calm and relaxed time. I look forward to when we can book another trip back as it was a great five days for us all round . Loved the wildlife.
