Their expertise added an extra layer of enjoyment to our poolside relaxation and evening gatherings. Managers Angel and Paola deserve recognition for their exceptional leadership and attentiveness. They ensured that every detail was perfect and our needs were met promptly. Dora, as always, was amazing. Alejandra, who served poolside, was fantastic with her cheerful personality. We also want to thank Oscar in the Prive lounge for his exceptional assistance with reservations, making dining at the resort’s gourmet restaurants effortless. The beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious suites, and exquisite dining options provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. "It was Awesome, from the minute you step foot onto property, until your departure the employees make sure you’re happy & having a great time. The beach was awesome, but the was seaweed, which every beach in this area has excess sea weed due to a large storm. So not the hotels fault- they do there best to keep it clean constant employees raking it up. The food & drinks were amazing & I am a picky eater. The kids park looked awesome as we didn’t bring ours."

" The beach directly in front of the Blue Bay isn't the best, but if you don't mind walking 10 minutes to the left, you'll find a much nicer stretch of beach where you can have a great time. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews—those are just Karens being Karens. Me being an American, I felt disgusted when another American said, "I'm an American, I need the HVAC to work." They were being disrespectful to the staff, asking them to hurry up at check-in. This place is actually fun and offers great value for its price. The rooms are extremely cold, which is perfect after a hot day, and there is a lot to do for the price. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and there is plenty of food to eat. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it! "
