"The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

"Well-run hotel with great service and good faciiites overall. Food selection was decent. The suite was amazing, the best I’ve stayed in of any similar tier of resort. Good clean resort, attentive service, lots of smiles. The entertainment was good and we thought the traditional Mexican festival with foot stands and dancers outside in the sandy pavilion was super unique. Overall, we had a great time. Service and operations management are doing a great job. Opportunities: - not enough chairs...

"Overall great experience at Catalonia. I really could not come up with anything negative to say other than We did have AC issues in our room but the staff went above and beyond to get us into a new room. Food was great. Plenty of dining options. Make sure you book reservations when you Arrive to guarantee a spot. Pool is huge and there are plenty of chairs by the pool and beach. Entertainment team is great as well!! I would recommend this resort and will be back!!"
