"The staff is amazing. They went out of their way on several occassions to help us for various reasons. This includes housekeeping, restaurant staff, and front desk. There is always someone there to promptly assist you. "

"Overall a very pleasant stay. We were very happy with the size of the room as had a toddler in tow and was great to have such a great space. Any storage was limited though, if it were me I would have canned the bath, and had a closet, but for those that love a bath you have one of those! Bed was super comfy in the (real) King. View of the park was nice as was on 5th floor, and was super accessible to a bunch of train lines and can use the skywalk pretty much the whole way to Ginza. Oh and the coolest bonus was they had free drinks in the bar at 5pm each day. Who doesn't love that?! All round great value, great size and great location. Would happily book again."

"This hotel is very quiet and clean, and is easily accessible to two stations. Although the room is small, everything is well thought through and functional so was comfortable for a business trip. There is a nice roof top terrace where I did some static exercises (swimming pool was closed), and an onsen too. A staff member gave a good recommendation, and that was appreciated. I would stay here again. "

"This place was amazing. Way better than I thought it would be. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Only few things I didn't like were the laundry facilities and microwave would have been nice in both buildings and not just the main one. Also the bathroom smelled a slight bit of urine and lastly I wished the staff spoke more fluent English. The on site restaurants were very sub par. Otherwise this place was nearly perfect. I would still come and stay here again. Hopefully I will have learned more Japanese by then"
