"Excellent stay.. great helpful staff and convenient location. Super comfy rooms, nice amount of space window seating and great showers. I loved the option for the onsen and it was super hot and relaxing. People with tattoos can also use the facilities from 12 MA-4AM.. Super safe for solo travelers- the room key will only let you go on your floor and the onsen floor. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked like it had nice options. They will also store your bag for the day while you explore around. The room was so nice, I ended up booking another night stay. Bonus: I love this station that it connects too, places to eat, a fabulous library with starbucks, pharmacy and groceries a few steps away. "

"The biggest challenge was navigating Osaka's metro to arrive at the hotel. But once, we arrived, the stay was very enjoyable and from there, it was very easy to reach KIX. I greatly enjoyed the dinosaur staff, as well as the clean rooms. The onsen was such a lovely bonus! Worth the trip every time."
