"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. "Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"Always love to stay here as it is sooo convenient. Literally a step away from the : - Express train to airport - direct train line to klcc / pasar seni / masjid jamek - nu shopping center With regards to being eco friendly - need some improvement. Although i consciously hang my towels, it will be changed everytime there's housekeeping. (I only get them to clean the room on alternate days). Overall love the hotel for the convenient. "
