We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a nice view. Everything worked fine. The staff is excellent. The breakfast was good. Public transportation is close by. This was the third AC hotel I stayed in. All of them have been excellent.

Good despite noise from LRT

Overall, the hotel is great for exploring KL. The only downside is the noise from the LRT which can be quite disturbing for light sleeper. Whilst we asked for room that is not directly facing the track, the noise is there.

It is located in a great place, near a station. Which can also be bad because of the train noise. After a full day Kuala Lumpur, I never heard the trains, slept right through

服務親切、房間舒適，但隔音稍弱

整體住宿體驗不錯，有些小地方需要留意。飯店鄰近鐵路，房間內能聽見火車經過的聲音，加上隔音效果較弱，樓上房務打掃時拖地、拉椅子的聲音也很明顯，有因此被吵醒。 不過服務人員相當親切，Check-in當下給人非常好的第一印象。有一天我選擇不需要打掃，房務仍主動詢問是否需要補充瓶裝水，這點讓人覺得很貼心。 房間空間非常寬敞，浴室也大，住起來舒適放鬆，加上價格親民，整體性價比很高。 唯一需注意的是，飯店位置距離市中心較遠，而馬來西亞又經常塞車，若行程安排緊湊，建議多預留交通時間。

EV内のカードセキュリティが反応しない事が多々あり、困りました。 他のホテルでは携帯電話のカードポケットに入れてあっても普通に反応するが、こちらのホテルでは”カードを出してから対応して下さい”とホテルマンから言われました。 ここだけのホテルではありませんが、窓の遮音等級が低いのか？外部の音が気になりました。

This is the best hotel we tried during our visit to Malaysia. It was so good that we decided to book it another 2 times when we got back to Kuala Lumpur from other states. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hotel location is perfect with 1-minute walk to a bus station, a metro station, and many nice surrounding restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious. The staff were super friendly, nice, and helpful. On the negative side, you can hear the nearby metro trains as they go by which can be noisy sometimes. The pillows were thick for us that it hurt our neck when sleeping. And the AC controller of the last room we took wasn’t working as expected. But nonetheless, it's a definitely highly recommended hotel that I'd love to stay in again.

Nice and clean hotel away from the hustle of central Kuala Lumpur. Hotel is situated in a ethnic area for those inclined for interaction amongst the locals. Hotel has a pool and decent gym, restaurant for breakfast and lunch, but plenty of ethnic restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. Quality stay overall for me.
