"The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything was okay except for the wetroom. I would have preferred a shower cubicle that was separate from the toilet and handbasin so that the whole area doesn't get soaking wet. Also, it would have been helpful if a shower cap and some facial tissues were supplied."

"Hotel is in a great location for easy access to 2 Tube stations, restaurants, and quick groceries. Kensington Park was just blocks away to get away from hustle and bustle of the street. Hotel is on a quiet backstreet. Comfortable bed, welcoming staff, held our luggage safely upon our arrival until our room was ready. Room was tiny, but we weren’t in it much. "The hotel is charming, well kept and very clean. The hotel provided the necessary toiletries, shower gel, hand soap, lotions, tissues, towels. The room has an iron board and iron. I love the chairs in the reception area and the floral arrangements on the wall leading to the elevator gives the place a warm and elegant touch. The rest room next to this is kept immaculately. "Perfect for transportation and close to the tube station. Nice grocery store near by with plenty of fast food and pubs right down the road. Room was clean, and staff were helpful and friendly and always interacted with us to make sure our stay was perfect. Only downside was the windows are thin and you can hear traffic from outside. Wasn’t super loud but something I noticed that could be improved. Overall great stay would definitely come back!"
