The staff here was awesome. The issue was housekeeping. A dirty sock in my bed as well as uncleared surfaces Hotel offered breakfast to apologize but u already had breakfast plans

Very upscale and Trendy hotel. Like the design and features. The only negative part is swimming pool. You have to make a reservation to go there and children not allowed after 8pm into the pool. Otherwise everything is excellent

The staff knocked at my door and asked why I had not left yet when my reservation was for 4 more days. The maid said she had to go home and refused to clean my room. The sent me an online request to checkout when I had checked out 3 days previously in person. They have a few personal issues.

I had an excellent stay! My room was upgraded upon arrival and I had a decent view of the South Bank area. My only issue is that the Waterloo station is very close and you could hear grinding noises from the trains. The spa was nice although I never used the pool. The gym was clean and spacious although I wished they had a barbell or heavier weights. I don’t think the breakfast was worth the money but I’m also not a huge breakfast person. Staff was very friendly and helped me whenever I had an issue.
