"Amazing stay at Lotte World Hotel😍 I just love this hotel; from the design, the ambiance, the entire staff (from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant…) was extremely helpful and so friendly. "We used to stay there pre-Covid and decided to book back here for its convenient location and quiet end of Myeongdong. Very sad to see that they no longer serve breakfast and beverage like they used to. Reception is also often only 1 staff manning. "
