Hip hotel in happening part of town. The 20th floor reception area with bar and view of swimming pool was stunning. Rooms were comfortable and clean but quite small. Minor quibbles- tv came on every time you entered the room, concierge was helpless when I asked for dining recommendations, food was good but pricey compared to room charge. Overall good value though

The hotel, though conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk from the major shopping malls in Dongdaemun, appeared to prioritize capacity over quality service. It merely offering the bare minimum for tourists and the staffs are less helpful than other hotels we stayed before (e.g. Marriott and RYSE Autograph Collection). This left much to be desired in terms of the overall guest experience. we stayed at the residence for a week, booked 2 rooms for 3 people, and not one day we were not disappointed. Unlikely to return and not recommend.

I asked the receptionist to call a taxi for me, He said he was going to call the taxi. I was waiting about 30 minutes and didn't get any response from him. I went back to the counter and checked, but there was no one at the reception counter. Not sure why this hotel is rated as a five-star hotel. The service is terrible.
