Great apartment hotel. Room came with a clothing washer(no dryer), clothing drying rack, kitchen, dinner table, microwave, fridge. Even had a traditional dining area with a tv for get togethers. Felt safe and like home. Only complaint would be the noise from the outside. Being located at the heart of many bars and restaurants, considering installing sound deadening windows to diminish the sound from the outside would greatly improve the experience. Sleeping at night was a challenge, since there was so much noise from others outside enjoying themselves at bars and games until 2AM or later.

This is our second family trip staying at UH. The location is unbeatable! There is a fun barbecue restaurant just across the road, multiple photo booth stores, 2 fried chicken places, convenience stores, 2 different subway lines within a 5 minute walk.... insadong is about a 5 minute walk and ikseong is about 10 minutes away. Myeongdong is an easy 8 minute walk as well. We LOVE visiting the Cheongyechon stream every morning and it is a one minute walk away! We travel with our two kids and don't like to check bags, so having a place with free laundry and a full kitchen is amazing! The staff is wonderful and able to help with anything you may need. There can be a little noise from the night club across the street, but honestly we found it to be part of the charm. We love it here!

The room was very different from photos listed. We were placed in an annex building about 100m away from the main building. Location was fairly convenient with at least 4 convenience store within 3 mins walking distance but it’s a little noisy as we were surrounded by bars and restaurants that play music till late. Can hear people laughing and talking till 1-2am. Service from the hotel is adequate and meets all basic needs. Suitable for younger guests who enjoys clubbing

Overall cannot beat the location. The annex building is right around the corner from the aubway station and a major bus hub. You're also walking distance from Myeongdong and Insadong. The biggest plus was free bottle water and new towels everyday. It can get loud at night but if you are walking around all day, you should sleep right through it all.

Overall the stay was nice. The hotel had what we needed and as it was advertised. It was more than enough space for 6 to stay comfortably. The location made it very convenient for shopping and eating. My only issue is the beds do need to be replaced. After checking in we had to get help from the front desk because one of the bed frames were broken. Also, it was kind of hard to sleep on even after the temporary fix with the center of the bed sinking down because of the broken frame. For that I would’ve rated this a 2 or 3 star stay. The one thing we can appreciate is the staff, especially Anna, Sky and Kate. They were quick to help us when we had questions or needed recommendations. We would definitely consider staying here again. Hopefully the bed issue will be fixed by then.
