The noise is the problem. We had a two rooms unit. It was facing the rail roads with at least 8 tracks. Started in the morning 5:00am, you will hear that constant noise every 3 minutes until mid night. The staff was helpful by moving our room from 7th floor to 19. But the problem persisted. We woke up every morning around 5-5:30am. The location of the hotel was good.

The staffs are helpful. Room is clean and cozy. It is not in the very center of Seoul, but access is good no matter you are taking metro, k-rail or KTX. Will definitely stay again if I return to Seoul.

I appreciate the room was clean, and came with an AC unit that was amazing. I was impressed with the noise being quiet despite facing the street.
