The building itself is old, but inside is recently renovated - was super clean and cozy during our stay. View from the room was fantastic. Lotte world was so cheerful, beautiful, which made this stay even better. Staff were all very helpful, friendly. Would definitely visit again.

OUTSTANDING
From check-in to check-out, the service was FANTASTIC. The room was comfortable/super clean, food was great, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, overall our stay was OUTSTANDING. We will most certainly stay at the Lotte World Hotel on our next trip to Seoul.
