The hotel is convenient to shopping and dining, right off the Myeongdong shopping streets. The hotel is split into 3 buildings. We reserved the annex, without the spa and it was perfect with 2 separate rooms, clean abd comfortable. The staff are helpful and quick to reply on WhatsApp.

Proximity to myeongdong center is the best! You can literally just walk and go around where you need to go! Rooms are cleans and very relaxing, comfy beds and the spa is a plus!

We had an excellent overall stay at the UH Suite The Myeongdong. Pros: - The double timber suite with bathtub fit two of us well, albeit with somewhat limited soace to put luggage. - Room service met our expectations, with towel and garbage service provided daily, and full cleaning every 3 nights. - The hotel is located in a perfect area, just far enough away from the craziness of central Myeongdong night market, while still being very accessible to transit and local attractions. - Laundry service was available for cree, however be aware that due to the small size of the hotels laundry machines, they could only do 7 pieces of clothing at a time Cons: - The walls are quite thin, so you can hear other guests and outside sounds relatively loud. - The mattress was on the stiff side for our liking.

Great location!! In heart of myeongdong and so many restaurant options near by. This felt more like rented apartment with no staff around. Front desk was in a separate building from where we stayed. Safety concerns as building door was opened at all time although we were told this should be locked at 11:00 pm. Major issue we saw was how dirty the carpet was with the stains. Hall way and elevator was not clean. Also had shower drainage concerns for two shower stall we had in our unit. I will not come back to this place again.

Excellent location. Spacious suite (there were 4 beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 toilets and 3 bathrooms). Water pressure is good. Daily housekeeping and clean towels. Free laundry provided by hotel. The only drawback is the lack of privacy due to the glass shower door.

Room was very dirty, carpets were full of stains, filthy. Half full drinks, candy wrappers and someone’s brush was left in the room. It had an odd smell- like an aquarium, probably due to all of the foul smelling rocks that were used as decor. Our view from all bedrooms was a brick wall. The location was great, easy access to myeongdong market and shopping. But other than that I would stay away.

Pros: location, staff does laundry for you, clean countertops, attentive hotel cleaning crew Cons: dirty carpets, staff seemed serious and not hospitable. Although we had just come from Vietnam and the hospitality turned a 360 on us so maybe that’s unfair for UH, shower clogged and flooded everytime someone showered, slow response for toilet paper request. We were given only a roll for a family of 6 staying 4 nights. No closet or hangers for clothes Overall amazing location in the middle of the action but will not be staying here again.

Great location and overall a very pleasant stay. I stayed in the Royal Grand Suite and was very satisfied with the room—it was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only downside was the bathroom, which didn’t have a proper place to hang clothes or towels for use after a shower, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely consider staying here again.
