The hotel is located in a very convenient location for transportation, sightseeing and food. It's in cental district of Seoul. The room was clean and provided free wifi, water and slippers. Also the price was very reasonable. Staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would consider to go again after it's renovation.

We stayed for three nights. The location, breakfast were great, the staff was friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay. The only disappointment was that the room was not cleaned properly. I found some hair in the washbasin, there was dust drifting in the corner of the bathroom countertop, the bathtub hadn’t not been washed after housekeeping… I understand the hotel is getting old, but keeping it clean and comfortable should still be possible.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sotetsu. It was a great location so we were able to hit the shops and food areas in Myongdong. There was lots to see within walking distance. Convenience stores were nearby as well which were great for food/snacks. We stayed on the Line Friends floors which was so cute! The room was very comfortable. Only issue would be not enough accessible power outlets to charge our phones etc. There were power outlets but they were mostly occupied with other things.

The facilities in the room were the worst. ·There is no door between the passageway and the waterfront ·There is a sink between the shower room and the bathtub. When using the shower room, water flows from under the door, creating a puddle in front of the sink ·get one’s slippers wet ·drain dirty ·There were no new slippers after cleaning ·There is no outlet in the position where the pot is used, so you need to unplug it and use it ·stand out in old ways I thought it was hard for the cleaning staff. I will stay at a hotel with the same price range. It was the worst I’ve ever had. I won’t stay any longer. ·Only two lines can be used in the location ·Japanese-speaking These two points were good.
