This was my second time stayed in Royal Hotel Seoul. As the first time, room is neat and tidy. Location is excellent, right next to the shopping street. Highly recommand.

I stayed here quite a few times alr. This time I recommend it to my family and we booked 5 rooms, however we took almost 3 hours to check-in, as the staff was unsure of the details and are not able to see our booking on their side. We could only have 2 bottled water a day as said by the front desk. Another thing is the staff was not very good at English, therefore we struggle when communicating. One of the staff/managers even showed attitude as we were at the front desk for long (But it was due to their side, where they cannot see our booking), the only way we solved is to call Expedia to tell the hotel about our booking, and they could find it after. Staff attitude was not very good only when we met with issues during check-in. Hope they can handle such problems better in the future with the right attitude

Very impressed by this 4 star hotel and it was money well spent. The size of the room is spacious with 35sm for triple beds. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Good quality toiletries were provided as well and housekeeping service was excellent. Concierge and front desk staff were eloquent in English which makes communication a breeze. The gym was well equipped and clean too.

This hotel is in the middle of everything, shopping malls, department stores, subway stations, buses, restaurants… It’s literally next to the infamous night market. Because of these reasons, we have to fight the crowds every time we head back to the hotel. Since this is the first time visiting Seoul, we totally enjoyed the conveniences staying at Royal Seoul Hotel.
