This property pleasantly surprised us with its great value, convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. We especially loved the indoor swimming pool and it was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of shopping and sightseeing in busy Korea! Great hotel near transportation and conv stores. Staff is awesome to help and hotel is clean and has a bunch of great features. The only issue we had was a one broken outlet but that’s it. Consider this place if it’s your first time in Korea.

The hotel location was walkable to the metro and bus stops. It was very convenient and close to main attractions. The hotel staff were superb assisting in any way they could, always with a smile and positive attitude. Hotel cleaning staff kept hotel room clean every day. Staff went out of their way to help (providing umbrellas, calling taxis, giving recommendations). Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Really impressed with this hotel. It’s central - east walk to City Hall Metro stn and 15-20 min walk the Myendong and Insadong. The staff are soooo accommodating- nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are cleaned daily with towels refreshed and the fridge restocked with cold bottled water. The restaurant is also very good if you want and eat in option. We flew out in the evening and as it was the middle summer and we’d spent the day walking around town they kindly allowed us to use the shower in the pool area to refresh before we headed out to catch our flight. GREAT VALUE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😊
