Great hotel in a good location close to many attractions and shopping. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early which was great since we came in on a red eye. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable and very quiet.

Very nice location and friendly front staff. They are extremely generous with the amenities. Room was very spacious and great. Only stayed for 2 nights for location close to seoul station. Will definitely stay here again for more nights. Couple restaurants right in front of the hotel as well and convenience store.

A good central location in Seoul, if a little hard to find at first. A very comfortable bed, a bathroom with excellent hot water and a bath, and the free on-site washing machines and dryers were especially welcome. Staff were always polite, courteous and helpful and booked a DMZ tour for us. Excellent value for money.

Had a great 6 night stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room had a broken outlet and staff were super quick to get someone to come repair it. Breakfast was super good and always fresh no matter what time we went at. Overall room was clean and facility was great. The area surrounding it has some great food choices along with being super close to bus stops and subways! Will absolutely return on our next visit.

This property pleasantly surprised us with its great value, convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. We especially loved the indoor swimming pool and it was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of shopping and sightseeing in busy Korea! The EA was really well situated. Near to bus stops and subways, and within easy walking distance of the main central areas. Staff were incredibly helpful and always positive in their Support. The swimming pool was very welcome after a hard day walking. The room was very clean, well organised and the bed was wonderful.
