We felt very welcomed on arrival and accommodated whenever we asked for information. Birthday cake to amenities were much appreciated and we will definitely be back. Very friendly service at the best location.

We stayed there for 16 nights and were very pleased that we chose the right hotel. Very accessible. The room & bathroom were clean and tidy. The room heater was working fine for us. The front desk staffs were very helpful. They assisted me well during check-in/out and other enquiries such as printing of boarding pass & taxi booking. The bag porters were approachable and helpful too. The housekeepers were polite and very patience. As they had to wait for us to went out which oftenly at late afternoon before they could cleaned our room. The laundry service was also swift and affordable. To me, the hotel is comfortable enough even for a long stay. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Korea.
