There's been a shower flood ... the whole bathroom was flooded after a quick shower. They cleaned and fixed things quickly (by fixing they largely reduced the water flow of the shower so next day was not really usable) My friends in other rooms had the same problems unfortunately

By far the nicest hotel I have stayed at, it was beautiful. Staff was very welcoming and helpful in every way you could think. One thing I would say but can understand with Covid restrictions changing times was that the reception told us different time for last orders of the restaurant cleos closing but everything else was perfect. Daily room cleaning restocked everything even with extras I wouldnโ€™t usually expect like bottled water. 10/10 (also very helpful with getting taxis if you struggle, they even come down and make sure you get in the correct one :) )
