We had a great experience at this hotel. The service was top-notch, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect condition. The location is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We had great time staying at Oakwood. It was spacious for three of us to stay in two-bedroom unit. Staffs were very helpful to get taxi or questions we had. We are defiantly going back to stay there.

Overall good experience. Nice hotel in a good location, has a good gym. Communication in English was a problem with housekeeping. Shower water runs lukewarm at best.

It is a pleasant stay for me - the reception and breakfast attendants are very polite but English communication is a bit lacking. Overall - I enjoyed my stay though the room is a bit too bit for me. Thank you!

Great place.

Excellent front office staff, both and check in and check out. Restaurant was good, and excellent service. Fantastic location when visiting COEX with easy access from/to Incheon airport.
