"The location and staff were excellent. The room was clean and we were pleased that there was a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The review is 3 stars because the room was in need of maintenance. The decor was tired and one wardrobe door was propped on the floor, only one flush worked on the toilet and the shower tray was damaged (although still useable)."

"Our stay was good, particularly with children and easy access to transportation. Room was serviced daily. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was prepared well upon arrival. Only feedback we have is, we ordered take out one night and we were hoping to sit and eat in the common area downstairs however we were advised all the seating in the lobby was for bar patrons and were asked to eat in our room which wasn't ideal for us."

"Our mother and daughter stay at the hotel was amazing. Here are the highlights. The front desk staff gave me great suggestions on what to see and how to get there. The location was very close to a metro line. There was an excellent shop around the corner where we bought croissants for breakfast and sandwiches to take with us for the day. Our first floor room in the courtyard was so quiet absolutely no street noise. The room furnishings were very up to date and the shower was beautiful. We stayed for 2 nights and would absolutely stay there again!"
