"I feel like if the airport hotel cannot get you to the airport, they fail in at least part of their mission. Whether through lack of caring or imagination, this hotel, located only 5 minutes from the airport, could only get 6 “things” onto their shuttle - either a suitcase or a person counts as a “thing”. So either 1 person with 5 suitcases, or I guess 6 people with no suitcases, or 3 people with 3 suitcases. That’s it. So one shuttle, 6 things, bunch of people trying to catch a flight. Not a good look."

"La recepción muy amables y parking excelente pero queda lejos de todo y la calidad de la comida y atención en el restaurant son malos, por otro lado la terraza de nuestra habitación estaba sin mantenimiento, paredes manchadas y mobiliario sucio. El TV es viejo muy pequeño y TODOS los canales eran en francés. La ducha del baño vieja, manchada de óxido y mal aspecto. No volveríamos y no lo recomendamos porque es desproporcionada la relación calidad/precio"

"Great for connecting flights. Shuttle to the airport starts very early. Clean, quiet, comfy. Deducted one star because WHO DOESN’T HAVE COFFEE/TEA IN THEIR ROOMS??? At an airport hotel, with early connecting flights????? You can’t even get a coffee at the breakfast room, you need to buy the whole breakfast."

"The front staff was very friendly and helpful! We got an upgrade to our room and was provided with 2 complimentary beverages of our choice. The room was very clean and modern. I loved the simplicity of the space. Everything worked great! There was a buffet breakfast with a fee and it was well stocked of your choice. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the fountain. It was perfect! Loved the vibe of Aix and would come back and stay at the hotel again!"

"We left not longer after inspecting our room. The room was not successful, the window did not open more than 5cm, the air conditioner did not work and we could hear noise from the room next door. Scary experience and distressing. It was not good at all, very disappointed and we have asked for a refund . "
