"Lovely, comfortable, clean, stay in Paris! Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect…3 minute walk to the Arc de triomphe and the metro. Highly recommend!!"

"The young man who took us in was very friendly as well as the lady receptionist. But we had terrible experience with the guy that was on duty when we picked up our luggage. This man was very rude and mean! Not respectful too. Do not talk to this man if you do not want your day to be ruined. The elevator was out of order and we had a hard time carrying our luggage from 2nd floor. We are just thankful for the lady receptionist that helped out. The a/c was not working too thru out our stay though we requested it to be checked."

"We just returned from our first visit to Paris. Our stay at the Stella Hotel was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always someone at the front desk ready to serve. The hotel was always clean and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job taking care of our room. We were surprised at how large the bed and the bathroom were for such a small boutique hotel, it was fabulous. We stayed for 8 nights and loved being there at the Stella Hotel. There were plenty of pastry/bakery/restaurants located along the street (Carnot) and nearby and we tried several of them and enjoyed them all. We thought the location was excellent with quick access to the subway, Arc de Triomphe, and Champs-Élysées. The weather was actually cool during most of our stay but there were a few warm days and the A/C worked beautifully when we needed it. When we return to Paris, we will definitely want to stay here at the Stella again."

"Ok let’s be honest here this hotel is not full of amenities like a bar and a reception room the bedrooms are small. The breakfast is continental but adequate. There is a construction site almost touching the hotel so you won’t get a view.On the plus side the location for all the sights of Paris is terrific the station Ternes is a 4 min walk. The bedroom is spotless bed comfy pillows so soft bathroom shower fabulous great magnifying mirror. Staff friendly . Did it work for us for seeing Paris absolutely as that’s what you are there for to sight see"
