"The hotel is a magical place. The building is a total monument, every room is decorated with splendor. The gardens are very impressive. The buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing and the staff is extraordinary attentive and friendly. We had an awesome time"

"Excellent hôtel dans un coin moins touristique du chiado Secteur Santos, donc plus tranquille et moins bruyant que le secteur Baxia/Alfama Déco de style industriel très élégant avec tous les services incluant un très beau gym Personnel très courtois, un petit clin d œil à Alice et Sara pour leur aide et gentillesse pour des recommandations de restos Cependant cet hôtel est à proximité d une multitude de petites rues et ruelles qui regorge d excellents petits restos terrasses tous assez bien coté et d une boutique d achats de fromage charcuterie et vin locaux avec un excellent services et amical. Les déjeuners buffet de l hôtel .. inclus pour nous, sont très complets avec fruits , fromages jus, céréales café de tous genres. Et un fantastique gâteau aux bananes à ne pas manquer L hôtel est 25-35 minutes de marche sur le plat du plaça da commercio et du centre touristique, 15 minutes de marche sur le plat de la station de métro donnant accès aux trains de banlieue ou transport maritime. Excellent hôtel pour le prix."

"A well positioned property but the room we had was rather cramped / small. The facilities were good although the property (check in) would benefit from better signage as the layout could be confusing. I suggest a map on check in, or better signage around the various building layouts and levels to which the lifts could go."

"Great place to stay. Very clean. Laundry in unit was a bonus I didn’t expect. Air conditioning was great. The outdoor space was a great space to enjoy the coffee that was as provided. Highly recommend this space! Everything you need is provided!"

"The hotel is really nice in general. We had a Sweet (bigger, nicer, more expensive) but noticed right off the mat, but it felt very hot (lots of windows, but also a lot of radiant heat from the sun. The air conditioner did not seem to be working very well. We asked them to check it on night number three, and they said everything was fine. But when we got back from dinner, it was very very hot. It was definitely cooler outside than inside, so we had to open all of the windows to let a little cool air come in, and threw the blanket on the ground and used only a sheet. It was still super hot all night, and loud as well because of surrounding noises. We hardly slept at all."
