We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for exploring Lisbon, and the atmosphere made our stay even more special. Room 1502 has the best view! absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to that view was a real highlight of our trip. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!

The property is beautiful in a good location. The only issue I had was the lighting in the bar / restaurant area. Was extremely bright and didn’t change in the evening. More subdued lighting in the evening would have made the area more inviting to stay and have a drink in. So bright it almost hurt your eyes.

From the moment we got to the Emerald House they were so welcoming and accommodating. We showed up a little early before check in and they stored our bags so we could explore. It was my birthday on the trip and they delivered a cake to the room with a hand written card from the staff! I couldn't have been more impressed.

We loved this so much!! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, accomodating, and spoke perfect English. The room was amazing! It was clean, had 4 balconies, an amazing shower/bathroom, comfortable bed, cute decor, amazing lighting, a great TV, amazing free hygiene things, etc.! The breakfast (free!) was also AMAZING. We loved the dinner and bar too. It was such a pleasure and we wish we could've stayed for longer. We were overjoyed with how friendly the staff was and how cute the hotel is as a whole. Plus great AC. 100/10!!!

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The king size bed was very comfortable. Their air conditioning system did go on the fritz our last two days there. While not optimal, they provided a fan as they worked on their system. Afterwards, they continued to apologize for the inconvenience and provided a little gift. The breakfast was very good. Not merely a Continental one. It was also quiet at night. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.
