"Staff is amazing. Location is very convenient in the city center. Great breakfast with lots of tasty choices (except for the coffee, which is quite bad). Gym is very reasonable and adequate (open 24/7). Only problem is inconsistent stream of hot water - the hot water in the shower is sometimes pulsating, making the showering experience unpleasant (this issue wasn't present at all times, but rather at certain days and times. However, it happened several times during my stay). "

"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees: "Hotel fees The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out." The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....

"It was a completely terrible stay, they took the money for 4 people and gave me a bed for 2 people and a sofa with a broken leg. They are also very rude and threatening people. Definitely stay away. "The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."
