"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees:

The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out."
The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....
"Great price, but you get what you pay for. I was supposed to get breakfast, but that only occurred 2 out of the 4 nights I stayed there. They had some urgent matters two of those mornings. WiFi was very slow and not reliable. Then was out for one whole day and night"

The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2).
The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street.
There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. "
